Established in 2002 Sim & Buzo Attorneys Incorporated provides a full range of Legal Services with specific emphasis on Commercial Law, Competition Law, Litigation, structuring of BEE transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Recoveries, Property matters, Tax Law and aspects of Intellectual Property Law.

Our approach to our profession, and the application of the law, is premised on the realisation that successful legal solutions are not based purely upon an understanding of the law but are as a result of clearly understanding and matching the Client’s expectations with the correct legal course of action. In order to properly achieve this objective, we as a firm are committed to both, our business as well as the businesses and needs of our Clients.
